- Conducts awareness program from top to bottom.
- Forms a Quality Steering Committee.
- Approves the processes and ensures their execution.
- Primary and continual assessment of the system through PDCA (plan-do-check-act) and internal audit.
- Imposes corrective actions for non – conformities and preventive actions for potential risks.
- Calls for accreditation audit by certified body.
- Calls for Certification.
