June 29, 2016

The implementation of the Quality Management System in the “R” school will ensure that the service provided is up to the best quality standards. Quality Management System will add also an upgraded structure to the unstructured situation and will establish a driver to improve the quality of the systems a “sustaining initiative”. When School management understands clearly the importance of the QMS implementation and its positive impact on the whole system, on the management, on the marketing, on the results, and finally on the quality of student reflecting the parents school choice, they will understand that the quality need is not a supplement, but a must.

Educational institutions recognize the benefits of the international standardization because it:

  1. Brings progressively the positive reputation which approves the effectiveness of the Quality Management System to meet stakeholders’ satisfaction, especially Parents satisfaction.
  2. Improves the operational culture of a school to achieve a level of acceptable excellence to the parents.
  3. Brings a positive work environment and proves beneficial to the whole school working system.
  4. Provides on-going feedback as to how well schools and their staff are performing with management which leads to maximizing the efficiency of the system.
  5. Brings standardization in classroom management.
  6. An attitudinal shift in staff members to quality-related issues in day-to-day work processes and thus enhance organizations (schools) to better operate in terms of customer (Parents) satisfaction.
  7. In terms of administrative processes, a clearer and more systematic approach to educational operation.

The process of the implementation is a sequence of scheduled and linked procedures to convert inputs (students) into outputs (leader students) for the great sake of Parents satisfaction.
