Reference to the comparative table on chapter 3, I draw hereafter the roadmap to implement the QMS in the “R” School:

Determine (list) and ensure (by written) that the resources required to maintain and improve QMS for all departments are easy available and obtainable.Step2:
Staff performing administrative work and teachers shall be competent in terms of appropriate education, training, skills and experience, therefore a primary appraisal should be done and an intensive training should be scheduled.
