2.1.1  School Top Management

Parents should be aware of the school sociability, the attitude of management towards its teachers, parents, students and its leadership values count a lot. If the school staff is badly treated, this will influence their attitude towards parents and students. Parents should ask themselves if management has the correct attitude towards its staff and students.

School management is responsible of the mission and vision of the school and achieving its goals and must show its best vision to the community by giving to the society the best product, qualified students. Those people will be the image of their organization. In conclusion, the top management of the school should be committed to the school quality objectives and its achievements.

Managers should be leaders. Good staff deserves good manager to plan, collaborate and develop when using adequate strategies. (Brenner, Fairris, and Ruser 2004).

2.1.2 School Administrative Staff

Administrative staffs should be involved in realizing the quality management system of the school and play an important role in maintaining the financial situation of school, the decision making, the fundraising and budgeting using the most up-to-date technologies by supporting the management and the Educational staffs. A well-structured school management is efficient when its goals and objectives are clearly understood by the administrative staff, considered as bridge of communication, and effectively achieved. Reputed schools request effective team.

2.1.3  School Educational Staff

Educational Staffs play the main role in implementing the Quality system and achieving the quality objectives. They are directly responsible of the product of the school i.e. students. Every school improvement is measured and analyzed by students’ results. Trust plays an important role especially inter relationship teacher-student, teacher with colleagues, teacher-parents. This inter disciplinary relation helps the school to work well and to achieve its goals because each stakeholder depends on the other and this is the way to create a better school reputation.

Lack of personnel commitment towards students and parents will destroy trust between the school communities. The main objective is to serve the interest of students and to satisfy parents as clients. Educational staff must show their loyalty toward school using the most effective and the updated technics and practices for the sake of the qualified students.

Parents search for the best of their children, and they can influence the management in a way to be satisfied. They are considered the external challenge of the school. So school should observe well its environment because this is will help her to define her goals and objectives and functions. Certainly there are rules and obligations to follow.

School goals should meet parents’ expectations. When parents pay for school fees they expect to obtain the maximum benefits for their children, and if not, they surely have other choices as to move to another school.

Parents are school clients and the client satisfaction focus is the main objective of the implementation of the Quality management system. Parents satisfied with the school reputation will leave their kids for at least 13 years in the same school till the last class before graduation; noting that parents satisfied are the free marketing tool of the school.

Talking about partnership between schools and parents is because both are responsible of the school objectives and reputation, and both should be committed to obtain qualified final product, competent Student.

Students are the product of the school. Using several ways of teaching concerning the academic part and the social one is very important, because student are the school image especially when they are integrated in the society and admitted to universities and to other societies and they succeed , the succession of this product make the reputation of the school. The capital of the school is student and it should maintain the number and ensure the quality of this capital to go forward.
